This is what I was talking about earlier!!! Remember, muscle is a much denser tissue than fat, which means it will take up far less room on your body. Both of these models are 5 lbs.. but the muscle is obviously smaller! And the muscle will burn more calories at rest than the fat! At rest, a pound of fat burns approximately 2 calories while a pound of muscle burns around 7!!!
